Different Types of Weatherproofing

    Trim is installed directly onto the frame of your garage door and covers the top and sides, protecting your garage from elements such as rain and debris.

  • 🌊 Weather Seal 🌊

    A weather seal is the piece of U-shaped rubber that is attached to the bottom of your garage door. Its purpose is to prevent water from seeping inside of your garage from underneath your door.

  • 💧 Threshold 💧

    Threshold is a long strip of thick silicone that we install directly onto the concrete underneath where your garage door sits. The purpose of threshold is to prevent water from leaking inside of your garage from under the weather seal.

  • ☁️ Spray Foam ☁️

    We install spray foam at the bottom edges of your garage door frame to keep small debris, water, and insects from getting into your garage.

  • ☀️ Insulation ☀️

    We install insulation as well as insulated doors to keep even the heat out of your garage. Our insulated doors come with up to an R-20 value, which is the value of its thermal resistance. Having an insulated garage door means added durability, stable year-round temperature, and even paying less for your electricity.
